Job summary

Amazon in Arlington, VA is seeking a Finance Manager for the Outbound Global Transportation Services (GTS) team. You will own planning and reporting of key KPIs and financial impacts to drive cost-to-serve improvements.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to quantify initiative impacts, build bottoms-up financial plans, and deliver regular performance updates for senior leaders. This role blends FP&A with strategic finance and end-to-end cost management across the outbound network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tax, finance or related analytical field.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Builds bottoms-up financial plans aligned with the broader OB teams costs.
• Quantifies initiative impacts on end-to-end financials and validates with cross-functional finance teams.
• Creates/maintains weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting track GTS performance and initiative execution versus plan.
• Creates frameworks to intake initiatives to improve GTS costs.
