Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Outbound Global Transportation Services (GTS) team. The role owns planning and reporting of key KPIs and financial impacts, focusing on cost-to-serve improvements and end-to-end cost management across the outbound network.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to build bottoms-up plans, quantify initiative impacts, and drive performance tracking. Strong FP&A, data analysis, and communication skills are essential for senior audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL and data mining tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems

Responsibilities

• Builds bottoms-up financial plans aligned with broader OB team costs
• Quantifies initiative impacts on end-to-end financials and validates impacts with cross-functional teams
• Creates/maintains weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting to track GTS performance and initiative execution
• Creates frameworks to intake initiatives to improve GTS costs
