This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a results-driven business team, strengthening their negotiation leverage through data-driven insights that influence vendor selection and contract terms. This role requires the Finance Manager to think long-term and scale impact, identifying additional spend categories for the business team to manage and delivering financial analyses that provide leverage during high-stakes negotiations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, financial expertise, and independent judgment, with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings clearly as topic complexity increases. The role offers exposure to complex business challenges, the chance to influence important team goals and contribute to strategic long-term objectives that shape the future of Operations’ procurement organization.

  • Design and execute complex financial analyses that deliver negotiation leverage, illuminating cost drivers and trade-offs that influence procurement decisions
  • Lead strategic business reviews with senior leaders, fostering constructive dialogue and driving alignment on procurement strategies
  • Solve complex problems independently, making judgment calls on escalation and designing solutions that balance short-term and long-term needs
  • Drive large-scale process improvements and continuous improvement projects from start to finish, identifying automation opportunities and managing timelines independently
  • Identify additional spend categories for business team management, thinking big to grow long-term value and expand procurement impact
