Job summary

Amazon is creating new fulfillment networks and seeks a Finance Manager to own site-level financial modeling, capital funding, and execution handoffs for multi-year network builds. You will partner across Real Estate, Design Engineering, and central finance to ensure on-time launches and disciplined financial performance.

The role requires 5+ years in finance roles, a finance/accounting degree, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance and accounting experience.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance.
• 5+ years dissecting financial data to support business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain site-level financial models for new network launches.
• Own the CAR funding process for new sites and coordinate approvals.
• Conduct tradeoff analyses on site locations and configurations.
• Track capex spend against budgets during construction and ramp.
• Manage financial handoffs from business case to operations finance teams.
• Coordinate with network finance, CAPEX, GES, and Real Estate on investment alignment.
• Support the network-level business case with site-specific data and risk escalation.
• Contribute to OP and MEC deliverables related to launches and capital deployment.
