Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 6 years experience in finance or analytical role in public company or accounting.
• 1 year experience with financial forecasting or analytical modeling.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance or Corporate Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Develops junior analysts by managing workload, feedback, and mentoring.
• Acts as SME and thought leader on the team.
• Facilitates forecasting and planning processes resulting in quarterly forecast updates, annual plans, and long-range plans (2-3 years).
• Collaborates across the business to provide root cause analysis and actionable insights.
• Communicates analyses to leaders with clear themes and actionable recommendations.
• Completes work by applying up-to-date expertise and cross-functional collaboration to solve business problems.
• Develops business cases with robust financial models linked to strategic narratives and risk mitigation.
