Finance Manager, FP&A (Finance)

This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

As a Finance Manager (FP&A) here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving financial planning and analysis initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth. With your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making and ensure financial compliance.

You will report directly to our Finance Director and you'll work out of our headquarters in Morris Plains, NJ or our office in Charlotte, NC on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead financial planning and analysis initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth
2. Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives
3. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial plans
