Job summary

Amazon’s FCAP team is seeking a Finance Manager to lead end-to-end network integration into centralized fixed cost governance, partnering with S&A to deploy automation across planning, bridging, and close. You will work with E2E Category SMEs, Headcount and Controllership to unify fixed costs across US and Canada Networks.

The role requires navigating ambiguity, building scalable processes, and delivering data-driven insights that improve forecasting and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in finance/accounting roles.
• Experience with data mining and reporting tools.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experience forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own network integration end to end and standard framework.
• Test, validate, and deploy finance automation platforms.
• Design automated templates and cost center mappings.
• Build end-to-end fixed cost system across US and Canada.
• Drive change and adoption with BU leads.
