Qualifications

• Not entry-level role – requires management experience in automotive finance and proven selling ability.
• Experience with financing, warranties, and insurance products is preferred.
• Strong closing and relationship-building skills are essential.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational ability are required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are necessary to deliver a premium experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment while maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Evening and weekend availability is required to meet customer needs.
