Job summary

V2X Inc is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee accounting and finance for a portfolio of programs. This role reports to the Senior Finance Portfolio Manager and ensures a complex system of financial services delivers accurate, timely, and reliable reports.

Responsibilities include supervising accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and pricing; ensuring GAAP, FAR, CAS, and SOX compliance; and coordinating with internal/external auditors to improve financial controls and performance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
Seven (7) years' experience in accounting and finance.
Management experience preferred; DoD or federal contract experience required.
US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Supervises all financial areas of the program including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, project management, cash flow, and pricing.
Ensures timely and compliant financial reporting per GAAP, FAR, CAS, and SOX requirements.
Develops strategic business plans and forecasts; monitors actuals vs. budget/forecast.
Interacts with auditors and senior management; develops financial controls and performance metrics.
