Kraft Heinz, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager, Corporate Technology to partner with Technology leadership and drive financial planning for OPEX and CAPEX across the Corporate Technology portfolio.

You will influence investment decisions and deliver insightful reporting to executives. The role combines financial rigor with entrepreneurial mindset, focusing on automation, AI tools, and improved operating rhythms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, business finance, portfolio finance, or performance management.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to translate data into business decisions.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to improve processes and leverage AI/automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, forecasting, and performance management across Corporate Technology OPEX and CAPEX.
• Partner with Technology leaders, project owners, and Finance stakeholders on financial routines and investment decisions.
• Build leadership-ready reporting, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations.
• Strengthen forecast accuracy, cost transparency, and portfolio discipline.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled improvements in financial processes.
