Job summary

ACL Digital seeks a Finance Manager – Corporate Reporting to lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across global entities. Hybrid role in Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL; 12-month contract; 3 days onsite.

The candidate will oversee consolidated statements, provide insightful analyses, and guide teams on SAP, HFM, and Workiva systems while coordinating with Investor Relations, SEC Reporting, and Audit functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required
• Minimum of 7 years experience in accounting or finance
• CPA or related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in multinational company of similar size or Big 4 preferred
• Experience leading a team preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels in the Corporation
• Knowledge of financial statements, technical accounting and/or SEC requirements
• Experience with accounting consolidation systems, specifically HFM, is a plus
• Experience using SAP and Workiva a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) monthly/quarterly/annually
• Maintain knowledge of SAP GL and HFM consolidations; provide analyses to key customers
• Lead and mentor analysts, including hiring and training
• Guide accounting matters and corporate financial instructions across global units
• Initiate/lead special projects to improve efficiency and controls
• Drive continuous improvement and strengthen internal controls
• Maintain process documentation and financial policies
• Coordinate with VP, Investor Relations, SEC Reporting, FP&A and Audit teams
