Job summary

Providence seeks a Senior Manager Finance for an in-person role at Providence Health Plaza in Ne Portland, Oregon. You will lead financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, and forecasting to evaluate new programs and drive financial performance across local ministries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent education/experience.
• 8 years of closely related experience.
• 6 years in a leadership role or capacity.
• Preferred: CPA, HFMA Certification, FACHE.

Senior Manager Finance – Full Time, Day

Position is in-person at Providence Health Plaza in Ne Portland, Oregon.

The Senior Manager of Finance supports local ministry/entity leadership teams and may serve on local leadership committees as assigned. The position is responsible for financial analysis and modeling to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets. Additionally, provides financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting and develops analytical reports to assist in enhancing process improvements and increasing efficiencies. May also serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders. Other responsibilities may include development of financial plans, budgets, and support for month-end review of financial statements and other assistance as required. Supervises appropriate finance staff.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field, or equivalent education/experience
• 8 years of closely related experience
• 6 years experience in a leadership role or capacity

• Upon hire: Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Certification
