Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• 4+ years of finance, commissions, revenue operations, or sales operations experience
• Experience implementing Captivate IQ
• Proven track record leading a distributed team
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience handling large data in Excel or databases

Responsibilities

• Design and model commission and incentive plans with sales leadership.
• Own Captivate IQ strategy, implementation, and reporting of policies.
• Ensure commission payments are processed accurately and on time.
• Prepare monthly commission reports for executive leadership with trends.
• Analyze sales performance data to support commission decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Revenue, and Operations to ensure accuracy.
