Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the rolling 13-week cash forecast and support enterprise liquidity management. This high-visibility role partners with Treasury, Tax, Payroll, AR, AP, and Finance to deliver timely cash flow insights.

The ideal candidate has strong financial modeling and forecasting skills, ability to influence stakeholders, and a track record of improving forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years in FP&A, treasury, cash flow forecasting, corporate finance, or working capital management.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with SAP, Power BI or Oracle and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Own the 13-Week Cash Forecast and oversee weekly updates.
  • Consolidate projected collections, disbursements, payroll, taxes, treasury activity into an enterprise forecast.
  • Partner with Treasury, Tax, HR, AR, AP, and business finance teams to gather forecast assumptions.
  • Identify drivers of cash flow performance and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement of forecasting methodologies, processes, and reporting tools.
  • Lead forecasting and analysis of corporate and headquarters cash activity and variances.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial analysis capabilities with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, identify cash flow risks and opportunities, and drive forecasting accuracy. This role is critical to supporting executive decision-making, liquidity planning, and working capital management across the enterprise.

Responsibilities
What You'll DoOwn the 13-Week Cash Forecast
  • Lead the weekly preparation and maintenance of the company's rolling 13-week cash forecast.
  • Consolidate projected collections, disbursements, payroll, tax payments, treasury activity, and other cash flows into a unified enterprise forecast.
  • Partner with Treasury, Tax, HR, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and business finance teams to gather forecast assumptions and ensure accuracy.
  • Identify key drivers of cash flow performance and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement of forecasting methodologies, processes, and reporting tools.
Support Corporate Cash Management
  • Lead forecasting and analysis of corporate and headquarters cash activity.
  • Monitor and forecast headquarters operating expenses, payroll, tax obligations, and other corporate cash flows.
  • Analyze forecast versus actual performance and prepare executive-level variance explanations.
  • Support Treasury and Corporate Finance with liquidity planning, cash optimization initiatives, and management reporting.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, treasury, cash flow forecasting, corporate finance, or working capital management.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with SAP, Power BI, Oracle, or similar financial systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile complex financial information.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
PAY RANGE

The annual base salary range for this position is $138,745-174,019. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
