The ideal candidate combines strong financial analysis capabilities with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, identify cash flow risks and opportunities, and drive forecasting accuracy. This role is critical to supporting executive decision-making, liquidity planning, and working capital management across the enterprise.
The annual base salary range for this position is $138,745-174,019. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
