Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking an IT Director based in Morris Plains, New Jersey, to oversee global operations for Cloud, Datacenter, Networking, and Database teams. This leadership role will focus on ensuring reliability and security within Solstice's infrastructure while driving innovation and team development.

As a Solstice IT Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing global operations for the Cloud, Datacenter, Compute/Storage, Networking and Database teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring these core services are established, maintained and operate flawlessly to ensure smooth and secure operations for our business. You will report directly to the Sr. Director of IT Operations & Manufacturing Applications, who is also accountable for DEX (Digital Employee Experience), OT (Operations Technology), Site IT Support and Manufacturing Applications. This role will be based out of the Solstice Morris Plains, New Jersey headquarters.
In this role, you will manage a technical team of IT specialists to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our foundational infrastructure. You will be instrumental in driving the organization’s infrastructure strategies, programs, and operational methodology aligning them with Solstice business objectives. Your leadership will enhance our competitive edge, mentor Solstice IT professionals, and cultivate vendor relationships to foster growth, development, and innovation. Your contributions will play a key role in laying the foundation that Solstice will grow upon as a global leader in the specialty chemicals space.
The annual base salary range for this position is $201,063 – 251,622. This salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations. This position is incentive plan eligible.
