• Own end-to-end financial reporting for your business area, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external policies while mentoring team members on reporting best practices.
• Build and maintain financial models and analyses that support operational and strategic decisions, translating complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues, design improved controls to address emerging risks, and develop scalable, auditable data analysis processes.
• Lead individual projects from initiation through delivery, managing timelines, setting priorities, and coordinating with upstream and downstream teams to drive results.
• Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and simplify finance tools and processes across teams, leveraging data management capabilities and collaboration to increase efficiency at scale.

Key job responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial reporting for your business area, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external policies while mentoring team members on reporting best practices.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
• 5+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, tax, economics, or a related analytical field
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
• 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
• MBA, or CPA
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
• Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
