The Planet Group is seeking a Finance Manager/Business Partner for Manufacturing Operations in Longmont, CO. This hybrid role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of FP&A experience, including forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering with manufacturing operations.

Ideal candidates will understand manufacturing cost structure, inventory, and have advanced Excel skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives. Bonus eligible in a PE-backed, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with Manufacturing Operations to drive FP&A processes.
• Lead forecasting and budgeting for manufacturing footprint.
• Analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow and how they interact.
