Qualifications

8+ years in tax, finance or analytical field.
6+ years applying KPIs to analyses.
5+ years of directly managing and leading a team of 5+ members.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a highly analytical field.
6+ years participating in continuous improvement projects to scale controllership.
6+ years identifying incomplete or inaccurate data and root cause analysis.
6+ years mentoring junior finance and/or business teams.
3+ years working with senior staff (e.g. c-suite).
MBA, or CPA.
Experience with SQL, MS Access, Essbase or Cognos for ad hoc analyses.

Responsibilities

Analyze operational data to provide financial insights that optimize costs and drive business performance.
Develop and utilize AI-powered dashboards for anomaly detection and trend analysis.
Partner with operations teams to validate business case assumptions, track performance metrics, and contribute to automated reporting.
Conduct risk assessments and implement improvements to remediate gaps, ensuring reporting accuracy.
Collaborate across finance, operations, supply chain, and technology to develop standardized investment evaluation processes.
Lead and manage a team of 3 to 6 direct reports.
