Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Seven years of progressive budgeting/finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of budget analysts in budget development across divisions.
• Manages funds budget forecasts and distribution insights for leadership.
• Analyses financial reports and guides action on variances.
• Oversees year-end/month-end processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Reviews proformas to support departmental planning and decisions.
• Serves as primary financial liaison ensuring accountability.
• Oversees post-award financial administration and commitments.
• Prepares and presents financial reports on departmental funds.
