Job summary

Uline is seeking a Finance Manager at Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI to lead the FP&A team and drive company-wide budgeting and forecasting for North America.

You will develop financial models, present results to leadership, and turn data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence strategic decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in Finance or Accounting in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze and interpret large data sets.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Uline’s corporate FP&A team, setting priorities, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality financial support.
