Job Title

Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the budgeting and actual reporting process
• Partner with finance and business teams to prepare full P&L revenue and expense budgets, maintain detailed master budget files, and complete uploads to HFM
• Oversee the monthly close and actual reporting, including analysis of revenue/billings and expenses/accruals; prepare journal entries, clear intercompany mismatches, and produce monthly actual reports
• Administer Altair workflows
• Develop financial reports, analyses, and reconciliations to support management decision‑making
• Create PowerPoint presentations for Management
• Compile annual and quarterly required reports, including Client Profitability Report (CPR), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and tax packages
• Coordinate the provision of information to support internal and external audits
• Enforce compliance with Company Policies and Procedures
• Contribute to special projects as directed or initiated independently

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Experience with the monthly close process is a plus
• Detail‑oriented and highly analytical
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• CPA is a plus
