Job summary

North Haven Solutions is seeking a Finance Manager to strengthen the financial backbone of our insurance-focused organization. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting, partnering with leadership to translate numbers into strategic actions.

You will lead a finance team, refine internal controls, and oversee the month-end close and reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance while enabling sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience with leadership responsibility.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with NetSuite or similar financial systems.

Responsibilities

As Finance Manager, you will help guide the financial health of the business by bringing structure, accuracy, and insight to core finance operations.
