Job summary

AldrichCap is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to oversee multiple funds, including closed-end and co-investment vehicles. You will lead a small team of offshore accountants and coordinate with third-party administrators and auditors to deliver accurate NAV and reporting.

The role requires 3-5 years in VC/PE accounting, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication and leadership abilities. This is an on-site position in Wisconsin with a focus on compliance and process improvement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review annual and quarterly financial statements prepared under GAAP.
• Ensure accuracy of NAV packages including income/expenses allocations.
• Cash management of funds including forecasts, capital calls, distributions.
• Prepare responses to limited partners inquiries and communications.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax preparers, custodians, and administrators.
• Ensure activities comply with fund governing documents.
• Perform other duties as required.

Job description

The Manager/Senior Manager will be responsible for oversight of multiple funds. Fund structures include closed-end structures, parallel fund vehicles, and co-investment vehicles. Primary responsibilities also include, but not limited to, managing and establishing goals/strategic direction for 3 offshore accountants, managing the relationships with the third-party administrator, independent auditors, and external tax preparers.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Review all annual and quarterly financial statements prepared in accordance with GAAP.
• Ensure the accuracy of quarterly NAV packages prepared by internal and external fund administrators by reviewing the allocations of income, expenses, gains, and losses to limited partners, including the review of management fees and distribution waterfall calculations.
• Cash management of funds (cash forecasts, capital calls, and distributions).
• Prepare responses to limited partners related inquiries.
• Prepare limited partners related communications.
• Coordination with the funds’ independent auditors, tax preparers, custodians, fund administrators.
• Ensure fund activities are in compliance with fund governing documents.
• Performing other tasks as required.
