Sitting at the intersection of finance, strategy and executive leadership, you will support major growth initiatives, long-term planning and firm-wide strategic projects. You will have the visibility and influence to make a genuine impact across an internationally recognised professional-services organisation.

• Develop financial models, forecasts, scenario plans and sensitivity analyses to support critical business decisions
• Translate complex data into clear commercial insights and actionable recommendations
• Prepare executive-level presentations, financial summaries and strategic business updates
• Partner directly with senior leadership on growth opportunities, risks and long-term planning
• Lead and support high-profile cross-functional initiatives across the firm
• Develop financial policies, reporting frameworks and business cases
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities across financial and operational performance
• Influence senior stakeholders and drive initiatives without relying on direct authority

You will bring approximately 7+ years of progressive experience across strategic finance, FP&A, financial planning, business analytics or commercial finance.

• Excellent financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capabilities
• Experience presenting recommendations to executive-level stakeholders
• The ability to make complex financial information clear, concise and commercially meaningful
• Strong executive presence, judgment and communication skills
• A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and supporting strategic decisions
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience using large datasets, financial reporting platforms and business-intelligence tools
• The confidence to operate in a visible, fast-moving and highly sophisticated environment

Experience within a leading law firm would be particularly valuable. Candidates from Big Four firms, consulting businesses and other complex professional-services organisations are also strongly encouraged to apply.

Knowledge of Elite 3E, Power BI, Tableau or comparable platforms would be advantageous.

The position can be based in:

• Washington, DC: to $215,000
• Baltimore, MD: to $198,000

Final compensation will reflect the successful candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications and overall fit.
