Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the accounting and finance functions and partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives. This newly created leadership role offers visibility and strong growth potential as the company scales.

Responsibilities include financial reporting, forecasting, controls, and building an internal accounting team. Prior lending industry experience is highly valued in this onsite role on the South Shore of Boston.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and finance leadership experience.
• Mortgage lending, mortgage brokerage, or banking industry experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to operate at both a strategic and hands-on level.
• Strong financial reporting and analytical background.
• Experience with sophisticated ERP/accounting systems.
• Technology-forward mindset with an interest in automation and process improvement.

Salary: $165,000-$185,000 + Bonus
