Job summary

The Pasha Group is seeking a Finance Manager for Pasha Automotive to lead financial planning, forecasting, analysis, reporting, pricing, and process improvements across Automotive units and locations. You will partner with operations, corporate finance, Shared Services, accounting, and support teams to strengthen financial integrity and drive profitability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, forecasting
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, processes and controls
  • Experience preparing pricing analysis, profitability models, ROI analysis, and scenario planning
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and levels of the organization
  • Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts with variance commentary
  • Own budgeting, planning, and forecasting for the Automotive Division
  • Deliver business insights by reviewing performance, KPIs and data-driven opportunities
  • Develop financial models, ad hoc analyses, and scenario planning
  • Support ROI analyses for potential offerings and investments
  • Build pricing analytics and support profitability and leakage reduction
  • Maintain accurate client billing and pricing setup in collaboration with Shared Services
  • Oversee month-end close and report journal entries, accruals, and reporting
  • Track financial and operational metrics to improve reporting accuracy and visibility
  • Enhance reporting tools, dashboards and financial processes across the division
  • Lead and develop the PAS Finance team; drive accountability and cross-functional collaboration

Finance Manager, Pasha Automotive – Drive Financial Performance, Operational Insights & Business Growth at The Pasha Group

Are you a finance professional who thrives on turning operational data into clear business insights and strategic decisions? Join The Pasha Group as Finance Manager, Pasha Automotive, where you will serve as a key finance business partner to the Automotive Division.

This high-impact role is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, analysis, reporting, pricing, and process improvement across Automotive business units and locations. You will partner closely with operations leaders, corporate finance, Shared Services, accounting, and support teams to maintain financial integrity, improve profitability, and support informed decision‑making across the division.

Lead Financial Planning, Forecasting & Business Performance

Take ownership of financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis that support strategic and operational decisions.

  • Lead Financial Projections: Manage and present accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial forecasts, including variance commentary at the client and service levels.
  • Drive Budgeting & Planning: Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for the Automotive Division.
  • Deliver Business Insights: Partner with business unit leaders to review financial performance, gather KPIs, and use data‑driven metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop Financial Models: Prepare ad hoc analysis, scenario planning, sensitivity models, and financial insights to support key business decisions.
  • Support Investment Decisions: Perform ROI analysis for potential offerings and validate the results of historical investments.
Strengthen Profitability, Pricing & Financial Integrity

Help protect revenue, improve margins, and ensure accurate financial processes across the division.

  • Build Pricing Analytics: Develop pricing models and financial analysis for new and existing clients to support profitability and minimize margin leakage.
  • Maintain Billing Accuracy: Partner with Shared Services to support accurate client billing, including pricing setup, rate entry, and invoice structure.
  • Support Financial Operations: Provide oversight and resolve escalated issues involving billing, collections, accounts payable, payroll, cash management, and related reporting.
  • Collaborate on Month‑End Close: Partner with Finance, General Ledger Accounting, and Operations to support accurate journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting.
  • Track Key Metrics: Collect, maintain, and communicate financial and operational metrics that strengthen reporting accuracy and performance visibility.
Drive Process Improvement & Financial Excellence

Improve reporting capabilities, strengthen financial processes, and create efficient ways of working.

  • Enhance Reporting Tools: Continuously improve reporting platforms, analytics, dashboards, and value‑added financial tools.
  • Improve Financial Processes: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and strengthen operational and financial controls.
  • Use Data to Solve Business Challenges: Extract and analyze information from multiple systems to provide timely reporting and practical recommendations.
  • Adapt to Changing Priorities: Support evolving business needs with strong organization, financial discipline, and a solutions‑focused mindset.
Lead, Develop & Support the PAS Finance Team

Build a high‑performing finance team that delivers accurate analysis, strong partnership, and meaningful business support.

  • Lead and Develop Talent: Provide direction, coaching, performance management, and development opportunities for the PAS Finance team.
  • Build Team Accountability: Create clear priorities, performance expectations, and ownership across finance processes and deliverables.
  • Partner Across the Organization: Collaborate effectively with Operations, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, and other internal partners.
  • Promote a Strong Finance Culture: Encourage accuracy, continuous learning, collaboration, and high-quality work in a fast‑paced environment.
What You Bring

You combine strong financial analysis skills with operational awareness, business partnership, and people leadership.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, forecasting, or a similar role
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience required
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles, processes, and controls
  • Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, billing, accounting, and collections functions
  • Ability to analyze operational and financial data from multiple systems and reporting sources
  • Experience preparing pricing analysis, profitability models, ROI analysis, and scenario planning
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and levels of the organization
  • Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Basic understanding of timekeeping and financial management systems

Zone 2: $125,000 - $145,000

This job is also eligible for participation in an Incentive Plan with a target payout based on eligible compensation and corporate/individual performance goal attainment.

Annual Incentive Opportunity: 10% of eligible compensation
