E. & J. Gallo Winery is seeking a Finance Manager to drive financial performance and insights across Marketing, Supply Chain, and Revenue Management.

You will lead month-end close, annual planning, and strategic forecasting while partnering with senior leadership to deliver actionable business insight. You will build and maintain reporting systems, mentor a finance team, and push for process improvements that enhance agility and competitiveness.

Qualifications

• MBA or higher? degree with increasing levels of responsibility in finance, accounting, audit, operations or wine industry.
• Leadership experience including coaching and developing others or managing cross-functional projects.
• Travel up to 5% for onboarding, training, meetings and events as needed.

What You’ll Need

• MBA degree plus 4 years of finance, accounting, audit, military, operations, supply chain, sales, consulting or wine industry experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics or mathematics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of Gallo experience to include 2 years of finance, audit, accounting, economics, statistic or mathematics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Leadership experience to include coaching and developing others or managing complex or cross‑functional projects.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You’ll Stand Out

• Prior supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience with financial planning and reporting.
