Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Saint Louis, MO seeks a Finance Manager to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis for the assigned portfolio. You will partner with operations leadership to drive performance and ensure accurate month-end close and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field; MBA a plus.
• Prior finance experience required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop strong relationships and maintain communication with Operations and functional teams.
• Own and manage financial results for assigned scope.
• Report, analyze, interpret, and communicate financial and operational issues.
• Identify opportunities for margin improvement and cost containment.
• Prepare timely and accurate internal month end Close reports of financial activity and profitability; prepare and post journal entries as required.
• Report and communicate business metrics timely.
• Escalate and address issues to key corporate members prior to financial close.
• Develop and improve financial analysis tools and models.
• Travel as necessary.
