Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and forecasting processes across business units
• Analyze performance against plans and explain key variances
• Deliver insights and recommendations to support leadership decisions
• Organize and validate data used in financial reporting
• Maintain and review key performance trackers and dashboards
• Support long-term data and reporting strategies with leadership
• Manage and develop direct reports for growth and performance
• Collaborate with leaders to understand financial and operational goals
• Present financial analysis and stay open to collaborative input
• Lead financial reporting integration for new business acquisitions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 8+ years of finance experience
• Strong analytical skills and leadership experience

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $150,000–$160,000
• This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, 401(k)

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
