Flow Control Group is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with the VP Finance – Industrial Flow Control and deliver visibility into KPIs, monthly financials, and quarterly forecasts/budgets across multiple brands.
The role requires strong communication, ownership, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment, with proficiency in Excel, Access, and Power BI. This is an on-site position within the organization’s Rhode Island footprint.

As a Finance Manager, you will report to VP Finance – Industrial Flow Control and support multiple brands providing visibility and analytics to KPIs, monthly financials, and quarterly forecasts / budgets.
Must have strong communication skills, be a team player and coachable, and a self-starter. Exceptional at managing competing priorities. Ability to comfortably work in a high-volume environment and manage multiple projects for FCG’s various brand companies.
