In this role, you’ll report to the CFO and play a critical part in driving financial strategy and decision-making by:

• Building and enhancing financial planning & analysis models to support long-term investments and operational strategy
• Strengthening budgeting & forecasting processes to improve financial accuracy and align with business goals
• Improving reporting & decision support for leadership through key financial insights and data-driven recommendations
• Optimizing financial systems & data integrity using tools like NetSuite and Adaptive Insights

What You’ll Deliver:

• Forward-looking FP&A models that support investment and operational priorities
• Streamlined budgeting and forecasting processes across business units
• Executive-ready dashboards and insights tied to performance and profitability
• System improvements that ensure data quality and scalable planning capabilities

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• Proven experience in FP&A, with strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Familiarity with NetSuite and/or Adaptive Insights preferred
• Experience presenting financial insights to senior leadership or investors
• A collaborative, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
