Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking a highly analytical Finance Manager on a contract basis to support FP&A, budgeting, and performance analysis. The role combines financial planning with business partnering to drive disciplined decisions and robust financial foundations across the organization.

The successful candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant finance experience and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.
• 5-8 years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or related finance function.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled productivity tool, enabling automation and insights.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive with ownership mindset.
• Strong analytical rigor and curiosity.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving unstructured business problems.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills; able to simplify analyses into recommendations.

Schedule: 2 days WFH with 9am start time

Duration- 12 months contract with possible extension

Pay: $55 - $63/hr on w2

Position Summary

• We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Finance Manager to join our team on a contract basis.
• This role combines financial planning, budget management, performance analysis, and business partnering to support key commercial decisions and ensure strong financial discipline across the organization.
• The ideal candidate enjoys building strong financial foundations while partnering with the business to drive better decisions.
• Success in this role requires someone who is equally comfortable managing recurring financial processes as they are supporting strategic business initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled productivity tool, with a demonstrated ability to leverage technology to improve efficiency, automate routine tasks, and enhance the quality of financial analysis and business insights.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly proactive with strong ownership mentality.
• Demonstrates exceptional analytical rigor and intellectual curiosity.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving unstructured business problems.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex analyses into clear business recommendations.

Preferred

• Experience in consumer products, retail, beauty, or other fast-paced commercial environments.
• MBA and/or CPA is a plus.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations.
