Now Hiring: Finance Manager | Renewable Energy | Denver, CO

We’re working with a fast-growing renewable energy company headquartered in Denver that develops, owns, and operates solar and battery storage projects across the U.S. As they continue to scale their operations and expand into new markets, they’re looking for a Finance Manager to bring structure, insight, and leadership to their finance operations.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment and wants to drive real impact, not just in the business, but in the world.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Manage day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modeling
Lead monthly financial reporting and prepare dashboards for executive and investor updates
Build financial models to support project-level returns, new market entry, and capital deployment strategies
Support debt and equity financing processes, working directly with the CFO and external partners
Develop and implement internal processes and systems to improve reporting speed and accuracy
Partner cross-functionally with development, legal, and operations teams to align financial priorities with business goals
Ensure compliance with renewable energy tax credit programs, incentives, and regulatory filings
7+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or project finance
3+ years of experience in the energy, infrastructure, or real assets sector highly preferred
Strong financial modeling skills and comfort working with complex capital structures
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CFA or CPA a plus but not required
Experience working with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, or similar)
High attention to detail with an ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting
