KBR is seeking a Finance Manager for our National Security Solutions division in the MTS group in Virginia. The role focuses on tracking and forecasting program costs, delivering timely financial reports, and ensuring funding availability while meeting customer requirements.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in government contracting finance, strong Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate with program managers and cost analysts to resolve issues and optimize spend.

You’re an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager with a proven ability to identify issues and adapt program plans according to the Customer’s feedback on program cost, performance, quality, schedule and risk, thereby ensuring that financial reports are accurate before submission. With a deep understanding of accounting principles, processes and planning, you track and analyze financial information and prepare weekly and monthly reports for the customer ensuring adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records for expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections/obligations and submitting timely funding requests. You excel at delivering information on time and within budget.
$152,100 – $209,200/year (This range is for the VA area only) The rate offered will be based on the selected candidate’s work location, knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience, contract affordability and consideration of internal parity.
