The Finance Manager, R&D will be the key financial business partner and support to CRM R&D’s leadership teams. This role is also responsible for delivering analytics and business support to enable informed decision making and driving results. **What You’ll Work On*** Position has full responsibility for preparing, coordinating, consolidating and developing an Annual Plan, Latest Best Estimate (LBE) and other financial forecasts for CRM’s R&D organization.* Partner with the R&D organization to provide financial insights and analytics that assist with strategic decisions on expense management, project resourcing, and business case development.* Manage the month-end close process and reporting of monthly financial performance metrics such as expense variances, headcount tracking and program spending.* Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis to support the business.
