Job summary

Truist invites you to join the Analyst Program in Charlotte, NC, where you will rotate through key areas of the bank over a year, supported by a tailored curriculum to deepen financial services knowledge and develop skills in strategy, innovation and creativity, data analysis, and project management.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders, build a strong network across the One Team, and gain real work experience with meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a graduation date of May 2026 - June 2027.
• 3.0+ GPA
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong initiative and personal accountability
• Demonstrated leadership through on campus and/or community involvement and/or work experience
• Enthusiasm for a career in financial services
• Willingness to travel and be based in Charlotte, NC for the duration of the program and be hired into one of Truist’s Finance Hub locations upon placement after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Complete all prescribed training satisfactorily prior to the end of the program into appropriate center assignment.
• Complete any additional training as recommended by the manager, either during or after the program.
• Participate in business rotations, working on projects and other business‑as‑usual activities that allows for the practical application of concepts and behaviors referenced in training and demonstrate results in line with rotational managers’ expectations.
• Perform special projects or assignments outside of the formalized training program, as may be assigned.
