Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree required with a graduation date of May 2026 - June 2027.
• 3.0+ GPA preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong initiative and personal accountability.
• Demonstrated leadership through on campus and/or community involvement and/or work experience.
• Enthusiasm for a career in financial services.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across Software Delivery, AI Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Project and Product Management.
• Engage in a structured curriculum and candid conversations with senior leaders.
• Grow professional development skills and financial services acumen.
• Complete prescribed training and contribute to business rotations with measurable results.
