Job summary

Andis Company in Sturtevant, Wisconsin seeks a Vice President of Finance to lead the finance, accounting and reporting functions. You will partner with the Co-CEOs and Owners to drive profitability, implement AI-enabled controls, and shape long-term financial strategy.

You will oversee manufacturing accounting, cost analysis, and working capital while guiding pricing, cost reductions and multi-channel profitability across B2B and DTC channels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience leading the finance function at scale.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, variance analysis and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Direct the finance, accounting and reporting functions. Deliver timely results and insights for stakeholders.
• Oversee manufacturing accounting, standard costs, variances and cost rolls.
• Lead cash management, capital expenditures and working capital strategies.
