Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.

• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Blackbaud and FACTS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting processes in line with GAAP and maintain the general ledger.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly and prepare timely financial statements.
• Manage tuition billing through FACTS and handle student financial records and scholarships.
• Provide analyses of delinquencies and assist with auditor requests.
• Coordinate with CFO on budgets, forecasts, and regular financial reporting.
