Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Experience supporting connected products, consumer tech, IoT, or SaaS.
- Experience building financial capabilities and reporting in high-growth environments.
Responsibilities
- Build the finance infrastructure with planning, forecasting, and governance processes.
- Partner with Connected Water, Connected Security, and Technology leadership.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and drive execution.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team.
- Deliver clear financial insights to senior leaders and executives.
