Job summary

Maxinsights is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead the finance function from its early-stage days toward institutional maturity and potential IPO. You will collaborate with the CEO and board, build scalable financial systems, and guide strategic decisions with rigorous FP&A and investor relations.

The ideal candidate has proven experience scaling startups, strong financial modeling skills, and the ability to operate hands-on while shaping the company’s long-term financial trajectory.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with 3+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience as a VP Finance, CFO, SVP Finance, or similar leader.
• Experience scaling from startup to institutional maturity and fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own the finance function from the ground up.
• Develop processes, controls, and reporting for rapid growth.
• Advise CEO and leadership on financial strategy and investments.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
• Lead fundraising strategy and investor relations.
• Oversee accounting, tax, audit, and compliance.
