Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, or corporate development, preferably in startups.
• Ability to build and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
• Strong grasp of GAAP, IFRS/IASB, SaaS metrics, and unit economics.
• Excellent communication skills for translating data into strategic insights.
• Experience in telehealth, SaaS, or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed sales, budget, and cash flow projections.
• Lead investment analysis for new pharmacy initiatives and expansion.
• Create and manage financial models driving business decisions.
• Oversee financial reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Develop dashboards to track revenue, margins, CAC, LTV, and burn rate.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, sales, and operations teams on goals.
