Job summary

Century Group is partnering with a client in San Francisco, CA to hire a Finance Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis. The role pays $100.00 to $130.00 per hour, with starting compensation dependent on skills and location.

The ideal candidate will lead FP&A activities, manage finance operations including vendor payments and payroll-related tasks, and prepare timely financial reports while monitoring cash flow and risk. Strong automation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or related field.
• Strong background in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance.
• Experience overseeing financial reporting, compliance, audits, and external partnerships.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with financial systems and process automation initiatives.

Requirements:
