Overview

Solugenix is assisting a client, a prestigious and large investment management company, in their search for a Finance Lead. This is a 12-month contract opportunity based out of Irvine, CA (Hybrid).

Base pay range
$106.00/hr - $106.00/hr

Responsibilities

As a Finance Lead, you will lead and participate in efforts that support enterprise-wide governance, planning, and reporting. You will support strategic initiatives that provide insight and deep financial analysis to our business partners, driving cross-functional business strategy. You will proactively analyze a wide range of business outcomes and financial trends to guide strategic business decisions and act as a key finance partner for ongoing financial management across the client.

Qualifications

At least 7 years of experience (range 7-10 years).
Experience in data analytics, strategic finance, corporate finance, consulting, or investment banking with a track record of synthesizing findings to draw conclusions and provide recommendations.
Ability to source and model data to develop complex financial analyses to solve business problems.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to frame and execute approaches to varied business questions.
Experience leading and/or participating in cross-functional projects and familiarity with project life cycles and building relationships as the go-to finance partner.
Experience enlisting support, building data models, and communicating results with senior leaders; proficient with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
Ability to anticipate leadership questions and provide proactive, well-supported answers.
Team-oriented with critical thinking and collaboration to develop best practices and contribute to an inclusive environment.
Interest in financial markets and the investment management industry.

Pay Notes: Pay range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $106/hour to $106/hour. Starting rate may vary based on factors including location, education, training, and experience.
