Job Description: ProSidian seeks a Finance Keynote/Guest Speaker for the Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) on a contract basis. Location is CONUS - Texas (Remote with travel or virtual) across the South Central Region, supporting an education-centered state organization focused on leadership, instruction, training, and procurement practices.
We seek candidates with education and academia sector experience (functional and technical expertise optional) to support engagements for Education and Academia Sector Clients such as ESC1. This is a contingent contract (IRS-1099) with potential conversion to a full-time W-2 position at ProSidian’s discretion.
Provide services as a Finance Keynote/Guest Speaker in the Education and Academia sector, focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as TEA and ESC1, located generally in CONUS - Texas (Remote with travel or virtual) and across the South Central Region.
ProSidian Speakers Bureau delivers expert-led keynote and guest speaking engagements that align messaging with event objectives, empowering audiences through leadership and thought influence across conferences, academic forums, corporate summits, and community events. Speakers deliver sessions on business, entrepreneurship, leadership, and coaching, focusing on strategy, decision-making, growth, and development. They engage audiences through education, motivation, and actionable guidance rooted in their field.
Responsibilities - Finance Keynote/Guest Speaker for ESC1D014
Provide targeted content and insights on Finance Topic Areas, collaborating with the Speakers Bureau to engage audiences with expert knowledge and real-world experience. Deliver value by educating, inspiring, and energizing participants, often aligned with event themes and goals.
Align with a brand ethos by delivering expert-driven, engaging content to drive learning, innovation, and cultural connection. Deliver customized keynotes or hosted sessions with authority and authenticity to support educational and motivational goals.
The roles are located in the South Central Region (CONUS - Texas) with an initial work site address: 1801 9th Ave N, Texas City, TX 77592, subject to change or remote work.
Desired Qualifications for Finance Keynote/Guest Speaker (ESC1D014):
Current or previous role aligned with Business & Entrepreneurship activities; proven subject-matter expertise, public speaking ability, and a track record of audience impact.
Education / Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced credentials preferred when applicable.
Skills
Professional and management development training experience; strong communication, audience engagement, content development, critical thinking, and delivery flexibility.
