Year Up United offers a one-year or shorter, intensive training program combining classroom skill development with internships and personalized coaching. Participants also receive an educational stipend and ongoing mentorship.

The internship is with BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh. Eligible applicants include high school graduates or GED recipients, U.S. work eligibility, and availability Monday–Friday for the program duration.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or GED.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday for the duration of the program.
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• Have not obtained a Bachelor’s degree.
• You may be required to answer additional screening questions when applying.
