The internship is for 20+ hours per week with pay tiers: Sophomore $21, Junior $23, Senior $25 per hour. No prior experience required; GPA 3.0+ expected; potential for full-time.

Qualifications

• Must be at least a sophomore with a 3.0+ GPA in a Finance or Accounting program.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A during annual operating plan cycles and month-end close processes.
• Assist in updating and enhancing financial reports, dashboards, and resource planning.
• Participate in cost center, profit center, and expense reporting improvements, including data validation and cleanup.
• Contribute to project-based work such as capital structure optimization, compliance initiatives, and ERP implementation support.
• Engage in financial accounting activities: journal entries, account reconciliations, and SEC reporting preparation.
• Analyze pricing, sourcing savings, and operational data to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive process improvements.
• Participate in audit assignments, compliance projects, and documentation efforts to support mandatory requirements and process clarity.

Education or Formal Training

Must be at least a sophomore in an accredited College or University program and have an acceptable grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Experience Required

No experience required. Previous internship or other working experience, a plus.
