Job summary

RMR Wealth Builders, Inc. seeks motivated undergraduates for its Internship Program. This in-person summer internship offers hands-on exposure to personal wealth operations, trading/reporting, retirement, and group benefits services within a collaborative finance environment.

Participants gain mentorship, professional development, and exposure to client-focused advisory processes, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• Sophomore, junior, or senior with a minimum of 2 semesters or 20 credit hours remaining.
• This is an in-person internship at the principal office in Montclair, NJ.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week during the Summer.
• Must be interested in pursuing a career in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Support client account servicing, including onboarding and updates, while maintaining confidentiality.
• Assist investment team with trade preparation, verification, and post-trade reporting.
• Support retirement and group benefits operations tasks and client communications.
