Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and comfort handling large datasets.
• Bonus: exposure to QuickBooks Online, Xero, Python, SQL, or other data tools and an interest in AI, AdTech, SaaS, automation, or financial technology.

Responsibilities

• Accounting Operations: Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and daily accounting tasks while ensuring accurate financial data.
• Media Spend Management: Reconcile high-volume client media spend and learn the mechanics of gross vs. net revenue within an AdTech business model.
• Financial Reporting Support: Assist with month-end close activities and the preparation of essential financial reports.
• Financial Analysis: Gain introductory exposure to forecasting techniques and financial modeling practices.
