Eulerity, a leading marketing technology company, seeks a hands-on Finance Leader in the Tri-State area. You will own accounting, cash flow, and financial reporting in a pivotal 0 to 1 phase, building scalable processes and controls.

You will drive a disciplined month-end close, manage pass-through media costs, and prepare for future fundraising. This role emphasizes hands-on work to establish robust financial infrastructure and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on finance/accounting experience in startups or similar environments.
• Experience setting up financial systems and processes in a startup.
• Knowledge of venture debt/equity fundraising and market norms.
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online or Xero and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own the General Ledger and day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR, payroll, GL).
• Reconcile pass-through media costs and understand gross vs net revenue in AdTech.
• Monitor cash flow, burn rate, and runway with real-time liquidity views.
• Establish a disciplined month-end close and produce P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Lead systems implementation to scale financial workflows and controls.
• Prepare historicals and models to support fundraising readiness.
• Build financial models forecasting growth and support CEO planning.
• Partner with CEO/CTO/COO on capital markets as financing rounds approach.
